The COVID-19 outbreak continues to spread around the globe in 2020. As a result, many countries had taken measures like city lockdowns and banned un-essential travel in the first half of the year. Due to the government's orders and the public's fear of the pandemic, people have been avoiding staying in crowded environments thus their living and spending patterns have changed drastically. More than one billion people worldwide have been forced to school and work at home, opening up business opportunities for various remote office systems and services, network communication software and hardware requirements, and information network security planning. The global information service market is estimated to grow from US$956.1 billion in 2019 to US$1,177.4 billion in 2023, with a compound annual growth rate of 5.3%
