Globally, the economy has faced challenges in its recovery since 2022, following a recession in 2021. The COVID-19 entered its third year in 2022, leading to a persistent surge in global public debt rates. Major economies raised interest rates to curb inflation, and the Russia-Ukraine conflict resulted in increased energy and raw material prices, disrupting supply chains. These factors collectively contributed to economic growth falling below expectations in 2023. The data released by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in 2023 reveals that global economic growth was approximately 3.4% in 2022. Projections for the future indicate an estimated growth rate of 2.8% in 2023 and 3.0% in 2024.
