Global Economy was on quite an imbalanced growth path over the past decade. Advanced countries consumed excessively and Asian countries were over-saving. However, the imbalanced situation is not a new subject. It existed since 1970s, and worsened with capital market globalization. During global financial crisis, people in advanced countries cut their expenses to repair the balance sheet. Export-oriented emerging economies faced market demand cut thus the imbalanced situation improved slightly. For long term and balanced development, US suggested “framework for sustainable and balanced growth” in Pittsburgh Summit held in September 2009. The main purpose was....
