『2021 Machinery Industry Yearbook』is the product achieved by ITRI responds to the [Industry Technology Foresight & Intelligence Service] launched by the Department of Industrial Technology, Ministry of Economic Affairs. The contents include the observation over the trends, product evolution, the future trends and challenges of global, and Taiwan’s machinery industry from the perspective of overall industrial development. This Yearbook records and forecasts the status quo and growing trends of machinery industrial technologies and the markets from 2019 to 2023. In addition to the status quo and growing trends of global and Taiwan’s machinery industry, it also analyzes and comes up with recommendations in detail on how to improve the core competence of machinery industry and how to create high added-value products and technologies under the circumstance that global manufacturing environmental changes hit Taiwan’s mechanical devices and components manufacturers.
