According to the latest market research report, the global DRAM market will reach $34.6 billion in 2013, a growth of 32%. In contrast to the 11% decline recorded in 2012, the market has resumed its growth momentum. In terms of DRAM, the spot prices of mainstream 2GB DDR3 increased from $1.00 in January 2013 to $1.80 in August, a growth of 80%. In addition, the spot prices of 4GB DDR3 also rose 80%, from $2.00 in January 2013 to $3.70 in August....
