Specialty Chemicals in the chemical industry’s lexicon is a group of chemicals characterized by low-level usage, fine quality, complex composition, specialized application and high value-added. According to the statistical result of ISIC Code 19 “Chemical Products Manufacturing” released by Department of Statistics, MOEA, specialty chemicals can be divided into six sectors: plastic additives, dyes and pigments, paints, adhesives, surfactants and cleaning supplies, and cosmetic products....
