The purpose of regional integration is to enhance the linkage of trade, investment, and cooperation among member states. The heating Trans-Pacific Strategic Economic Partnership Agreement (TPP) in recent years has been exerting its influence. TPP is expected to complete the agreement by the end of this year, 2013 and will be put into effective in 2015. Customs tariffs of garments imported to the US shall be exempted only with “yarn forward” certificate of origin.
