State policy is one of the most critical factors in green energy development in each country. This is especially the case with fuel cell thanks to its high costs compared to most mainstream green energy technologies including solar and wind power.
Japan is now the front-runner in the race for global fuel cell development and trailed by the US and the EU. South Korea, though it started late in exploring this field, has ranked world’s best in certain application domains. This research will focus on these four countries.
