科技法律透析第36卷第02期-歐盟執委會提出《歐盟外國投資審查規則草案》加強投資監控

歐盟執委會(European Commission)於2024年1月24日提出《歐盟境內外國投資審查與廢除第2019/452號規則草案》(Proposal for a REGULATION OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL on the screening of foreign investments in the Union and repealing Regulation (EU) 2019/452 of the European Parliament and of the Council，以下簡稱《外資審查規則草案》)，作為落實 2023 年 6 月所公布之「歐洲經濟安全戰略」(European Economic Security Strategy)之具體措施，於投資面向上加強監控，以提升歐盟經濟安全。
