科技法律透析第34卷第04期 -美國智慧運輸協會與聯邦通訊委員會的頻段之爭

2021年6月2日，美國智慧運輸協會(Intelligent Transportation Society of America, ITS America)與美國州政府公路運輸部門聯合會(American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials, AASHTO)在哥倫比亞特區聯邦巡迴上訴法院(United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, D.C. Cir.)對美國聯邦通訊委員會(Federal Communications Commission, FCC)提出告訴，要求FCC撤回重新分配5.9GHz無線電頻段的命令。FCC在2020年11月發布命令將原先指定給智慧運輸系統(Intelligent Transportation System, ITS)專用的5.9GHz 無線電頻段收回其中45MHz的頻寬，改分配給一般無線通訊設備使用。
